Flyers D Parent activated off IR, returns Tuesday

Parent from injured reserve on Tuesday, and will return to action Tuesday as
the club faces the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Parent had successful surgery in late January to correct a back problem, and
has not played since December 23, the last time Philly traveled to Tampa.
In his third pro season, the former first-round draft pick of the Predators in
2005 collected just two assists in 28 games.
Defenseman Oskars Bartulis will not play, however, after suffering flu-like
symptoms and groin trouble after suiting up for his native Latvia at the just-
completed Vancouver Winter Games.
